Gotthardt + Partner mbB endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with the applicable regulations on digital accessibility, in particular the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). This accessibility statement applies to the website.
1. Assessment of the state of compliance with requirements
Our website largely complies with the requirements for digital accessibility.
2. Content that does not fulfill accessibility requirements
The content listed below does not meet accessibility requirements for the following reasons:
- Low color contrast: Text or artwork with inadequate contrast to the background. We are continuously reviewing and updating this content.
- PDF documents: Some of our PDF documents are not accessible. Some of our PDF documents do not meet accessibility requirements. We are working to adapt this content as quickly as possible or to provide accessible alternatives.
- Videos: Some of our embedded videos do not have subtitles at present. We will endeavor to add subtitles to all videos moving forward.
- Images without alternative text: Some images on the website have no alternative text. We are continuously reviewing and updating this content.
3. Lack of accessibility due to unreasonable economic outlay
Some inadequately accessible content on our website cannot be removed at short notice as doing so would be economically unreasonable.
- Complex interactive applications: Certain interactive applications and special features on our website require significant financial and human resources to make them fully accessible. We continuously review opportunities for improvement but cannot immediately remove all barriers due to the high costs involved.
- Legacy content: Older content that was posted before the BFSG entered into force may not be fully accessible. Subsequent adaptation of this content would incur unreasonably high expenditure. New content is created according to current standards.
